Michelle Thompson, W5NYV, presents “AI in amateur radio”. Michelle is the CEO at Open Research Institute. This presentation is not technical, rather it covers AI achievements & intersections between AI & amateur radio.

We will focus on preparation for Field Day, an annual amateur radio exercise occurring the fourth full weekend of June. The goal of Field Day is to encourage emergency communications preparedness among amateur radio operators. 

We will be watching a video presentation on “Parks on the Air, The What and the How” with a discussion afterwards
