Meeting was Called to Order by Tom (WA7TBP) at 18:18

Tom motioned to have the April board minutes approved. The motion was approved unanimously.

Tom reviewed Treasurers report. No motions were made

No repeater report was made. Discussion ensued regarding moving the rack that SNOVARC owns up to the repeater site in order to put a 35amp power supply to charge a battery. The group discussed the value and suggested that Shawn (K7ATA) be asked. Also, the group mentioned that raising the Bell repeater antenna made a significant difference in reception. No motions were made.

Howard (WA1HEM) discussed the EMCOMM exercise and the ARES meeting. A conversation ensued.  No motions were made.

Tom discussed the online class and potential ways to improve it. Paul (W7PFB) mentioned that he was getting emails for online testing. A conversation ensued. No motions were made

Kirt (K7KDW) discussed ways to get new hams to join the net and increase attendance. A conversation ensued. No motions were made.

Paul mentioned that the equipment management project is on hold due to COVID-19.

Tom mentioned that he was planning a 6m tune up (SSB and FM) for May 21 after the regular net concluded. No motions were made

The group discussed field day and ideas for home or remote location work. No motions were made.

Rowland (K7RWB) discussed creating a technical team to go out into the community to assist with their amateur radio needs. A conversation ensued. Rowland made a motion to create a traveling technical team to agencies we support and assist with their needs. Howard (WA1HEM) seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved.
